Privacy Policy

This Policy describes how Radar Perene collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD) and equivalent international standards (including GDPR principles where applicable to readers in the European Economic Area).

4. Sharing with processors

Radar Perene shares personal data strictly with processors necessary to operate the service:

Radar Perene does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is not transferred for partner marketing purposes.

5. International transfers

Some processors listed in section 4 are based outside Brazil and the EEA. These international transfers occur under protections compatible with LGPD (art. 33) and GDPR (Chapter V), including (i) standard contractual clauses, (ii) privacy certifications, (iii) respective processors' global data-protection policies.

8. Security

Radar Perene adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction: HTTPS across the platform, secure authentication for the Founder area, segregated credentials, regular database backups, integrity monitoring.

In case of a relevant security incident involving personal data, Radar Perene will notify Brazil's ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) and affected data subjects per LGPD art. 48 (and, where applicable, the relevant supervisory authority under GDPR art. 33).

9. Children and minors

Radar Perene is intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you identify inadvertent processing, contact us at the address in section 7 for immediate removal.

10. Modification of this Policy

This Policy may be updated periodically. Prior versions remain archived and linked. Material changes will be communicated to Founders by email and through a visible notice on the site, with at least 15 days' notice.

11. Competent authority

Brazil's ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) is the competent body for LGPD matters. Contact: anpd.gov.br. Readers in the EEA may contact their local supervisory authority for GDPR matters.
