Privacy Policy
This Policy describes how Radar Perene collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018 — LGPD) and equivalent international standards (including GDPR principles where applicable to readers in the European Economic Area).

2. Data we collect
2.1 Free tier (Today's reading, Diary, concepts, methodology, widget):
- We do not collect signup or identifiable data on this tier.
- We collect aggregate usage metrics (page viewed, country at ISO level, referrer, with no persistent cookies or identifiers) via the privacy-first analytics service declared in section 5.
2.2 Founder Access tier:
- Full name and email, provided by the User at signup.
- Payment data processed directly by Stripe (Radar Perene does not store credit card data).
- Usage data of the authenticated platform (pages visited, readings consulted, archived hypotheses, preferences).
- Any communications sent by the User (support, inquiries).
2.3 Cookies: we use strictly necessary cookies only, for the operation of the authenticated platform (Founder session). We do not use marketing, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. There is no consent banner because no processing requires it under LGPD or GDPR.

4. Sharing with processors
Radar Perene shares personal data strictly with processors necessary to operate the service:
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc., USA) — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe is the controller of credit card data; Radar Perene does not receive it.
- Vercel (Vercel, Inc., USA) — site hosting and CDN.
- Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ, Estonia) — aggregate analytics, no cookies, no individual tracking, GDPR and LGPD compliant.
- Supabase (Supabase, Inc., USA) — Founder platform database.
- Transactional email provider (to be defined) — sending communications to Founders.
Radar Perene does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is not transferred for partner marketing purposes.
5. International transfers
Some processors listed in section 4 are based outside Brazil and the EEA. These international transfers occur under protections compatible with LGPD (art. 33) and GDPR (Chapter V), including (i) standard contractual clauses, (ii) privacy certifications, (iii) respective processors' global data-protection policies.

7. Your rights as a data subject
Under LGPD (art. 18) and equivalent GDPR rights (where applicable), you have the right to:
- Confirmation of the existence of processing of your data.
- Access to personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
- Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or non-compliant data.
- Portability of data to another service provider, subject to trade secrets.
- Deletion of data processed on consent.
- Information about public and private entities with which Radar Perene shares your data.
- Information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal.
- Withdrawal of consent.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a request to [contact to be defined]@radarperene.com. Response will be provided within the legal deadline (up to 15 days).
8. Security
Radar Perene adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction: HTTPS across the platform, secure authentication for the Founder area, segregated credentials, regular database backups, integrity monitoring.
In case of a relevant security incident involving personal data, Radar Perene will notify Brazil's ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) and affected data subjects per LGPD art. 48 (and, where applicable, the relevant supervisory authority under GDPR art. 33).
9. Children and minors
Radar Perene is intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you identify inadvertent processing, contact us at the address in section 7 for immediate removal.
10. Modification of this Policy
This Policy may be updated periodically. Prior versions remain archived and linked. Material changes will be communicated to Founders by email and through a visible notice on the site, with at least 15 days' notice.
11. Competent authority
Brazil's ANPD (National Data Protection Authority) is the competent body for LGPD matters. Contact: anpd.gov.br. Readers in the EEA may contact their local supervisory authority for GDPR matters.
