Electoral Lens
The Electoral Lens reads the regulatory cycle of Brazilian elections — candidacies, campaign finance, accounting, advertising, rulings. Shorter windows than the other lenses; faster convergence; cycles bound to the official calendar. The engine reads the TSE, the STF, acts of Congress, and party-level movement, and returns the trajectory within electoral time, not outside it.

What this lens covers
Five slices: candidacies and ineligibilities, campaign finance, accounting, electoral advertising, TSE/STF rulings. Windows in electoral vectors are short — weeks, not quarters — because the calendar presses; the engine calibrates its reading to the 2026 cycle and revises with each window.
How Perene reads this lens
Electoral scoring favors short windows and official sources. TSE and STF carry maximum weight; press carries echo signal, not primary status. Contextual confidence is gated by real history (R1 gate) — in periods of low density, the screen shows "in calibration."
