Radar Perene / lentes
The five lenses (and Vértice)
Brazil's market is too large to be read through a single aggregate. Radar Perene splits the reading into five principal lenses — each covering one dimension with its own sources, taxonomy, and window — and keeps a sixth channel, Lente Vértice, as an experiment.
Each lens reads what threatens and what favors the angle it covers. Each lens returns trajectory, convergence, context window, and contextual confidence. Never a stand-alone number.
Wealth
What threatens or favors the preservation of wealth. ITCMD in motion, family holdings under review, Law 14.754 and the offshore terrain, succession and asset protection. Open the Wealth Lens →
Macro (CVM / Central Bank)
The price of money in Brazil. Copom, the Central Bank, CVM, the Treasury, Finance. Monetary policy, FX, capital markets, banking regulation, credit, fiscal. Open the Macro Lens →
Institutional / Integrity
The rules being written now. Sectoral compliance, LGPD/ANPD, anticorruption, agency-level regulation, public procurement, institutional case law. Open the Institutional Lens →
Real Estate
Property versus fixed income. Sectoral regulation, mortgage credit, REITs, SINAPI/FipeZap, urban legislation, municipal property tax. Cross-checked with the IMOB basket. Open the Real Estate Lens →
Electoral
Political mood before the vote. Candidacies, campaign finance, accounting, advertising, rulings. Short windows bound to the official calendar. Open the Electoral Lens →
Lente Vértice — experimental
How markets, capital, and technology converse outside conventional macro. The Radar's experimental desk: hypotheses where distant markets cross — crypto, on-chain, sentiment, Brazilian fragility. Contextual hypothesis, never a forecast. Open Vértice →
Intermarket — parallel reading, not a lens
Intermarket is not the sixth lens — it is the cross-reading layer that informs all the others. It reads Brazilian wealth-sector ratios (finance, utilities, commodities, REITs, coffee/gold, VALE/gold, cyclical/defensive) on a comparable scale and generates the third axis of the regime (the first is regulatory, the second is global risk). It appears inside each lens where relevant and has its own dedicated concept page.
